Slips are priced on an annual agreement.

Our docks were designed for safety and ease of handling.
Bath House + Facilities
On the island itself, there is a two-story lighthouse-shaped building containing restrooms with showers on the lower level and an upstairs room with many windows to take in the view overlooking the Bodkin Creek. Slip holders can swap sailing stories or pick a book from the library for their next cruise.
There is also a shady picnic area with grill and nearly always a breeze.
A de-icer system is installed for those preferring to leave their boats in the water year round.
Our secure Dinghy/Rack Storage options keep your small craft safe and ready for action when you are.
Enjoy the comforts of home with our clean restrooms, refreshing showers, and complimentary Wi-Fi to stay connected (if you choose)!
